Kids News
This week in our Vipers and Cobras classes, we’ll be testing and awarding stripes. It’s always a big week for the kids and a great chance to recognize the hard work they’ve been putting in.
The Lauzon Life Lesson of the Week is Be Humble & Grateful.
Stay humble in victory and grateful for everything along the way. There’s always more to learn.

We’ll be hosting a Valentine’s Day Parents Night Out on Friday, February 13, 2026. These are some of our favorite nights—kids get to hang out with their friends, and parents get a little time together. Registration details can be found here.

We’ll also be hosting our annual Valentine’s Day Seminar on Sunday, February 15th at 11am, immediately following Joe Pomfret’s 10am BJJ class. This is a great opportunity to bring someone you care about, connect, laugh, and learn something new together. More details are available on our Facebook event page.

Lastly, new army green sweatshirts are in at the front desk. Inventory is limited, so don’t wait—once they’re gone, they’re gone. We also have a limited number of winter beanies available at the front desk. Stop by to grab one before they’re gone.
