In our Vipers and Cobras classes this week, we’ll be testing and celebrating stripe night. This is always a fun and meaningful week for the kids—recognizing consistency, effort, and progress on the mats.
The Lauzon Life Lesson of the week is Show Up & Take Responsibility.

Friendly reminder: Our kids break will run from Monday, December 22 through Thursday, January 1, 2026. All kids classes will resume on Saturday, January 3, 2026. Take this time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the holiday season with your families.

We had a great weekend!
Congratulations to our competitors Ian, Ryan, and Malik for their hard work and strong performances at Ring Titans on Saturday night. We’re proud of how you represented the Academy.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Adult BJJ Promotion and Holiday Party yesterday. It was an awesome day filled with great energy, good food, and even better people. Big congratulations to everyone who received rank—we’re grateful to share moments like this with such an incredible group of training partners.
With Christmas and New Year’s just around the corner, we’ll be running a modified schedule over the next two weeks:
Thank you to everyone who donated to our Holiday Toy Drive. We were blown away by the generosity of our community. All donations were handed off to the Raynham Fire Department to be distributed to families in need this week.
