Test & Stripe Week Is Here!
It’s one of our favorite weeks of the month — Test & Stripe Week!
Our Tiny Ninjas BJJ, Vipers BJJ, and Cobras BJJ students will all have the opportunity to show off what they’ve been learning and celebrate their progress.
We love seeing the excitement that comes with earning a new stripe, but we’re just as proud of the effort that goes into getting there. Every class, every repetition, and every little improvement adds up. We’re looking forward to a great week of testing!

Being a great martial artist isn’t just about what you can do on the mats. It’s also about how you treat the people around you.
Whether it’s helping a newer student learn a technique, encouraging a teammate who’s having a tough day, or doing something thoughtful for someone at home, small acts of kindness can make a big difference.

🎃 Thank You for an Awesome Trunk or Treat!
What a great afternoon we had yesterday!
We couldn’t have asked for better weather for our annual Trunk or Treat, and it was awesome seeing so many families come out to enjoy the day together.
A huge thank you to everyone who decorated a trunk, handed out candy, brought their kids, or helped make the event happen. These events wouldn’t be nearly as much fun without all of you getting involved!
One of the best parts of Lauzon MMA is seeing the friendships that start on the mats carry over into events like this. We love watching the kids have fun together outside of class, and it’s always great getting everyone together.
Thanks again for making it such a great day!

We’re already looking ahead to one of the most entertaining events of the year — our Annual Kids Holiday Nerf Party!
If you’ve been to one before, you know what to expect. If you haven’t, just picture a gym full of kids, Nerf blasters, foam darts flying everywhere, and a whole lot of chaos.
It’s always a blast (literally), and we’re looking forward to another great year!

🥊 Jay Perrin’s Costume Striking Seminar — This Tuesday!

Halloween week is here, and Jay Perrin is kicking things off with our Costume Striking Seminar!
We’re combining some great striking instruction with a little Halloween fun. Come ready to train, and don’t forget your costume!
There’s something pretty entertaining about watching someone dressed as Batman work on their jab, or seeing a superhero discover that their cape is a terrible idea for kickboxing.
We can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with!
👻 Kids & Adults Costume BJJ — Sunday, November 1

We’re wrapping up the Halloween festivities with one more chance to put those costumes to good use!
Join us Sunday morning for Costume BJJ, open to both kids and adults.
Come dressed up and ready for some fun on the mats. Whether you go all out with your costume or keep things simple, it’s a great excuse to get some extra training in and share a few laughs.
Just make sure you can actually move in whatever you decide to wear!
