In our Vipers and Cobras classes this week, we’ll be testing and celebrating Stripe Night. The kids have been working hard all month, and this is always a fun chance to recognize that effort.
The Lauzon Life Lesson of the week is Keep It Simple & Stay Patient. Simple lasts. Be patient—what matters most is what you do while you wait. We’ll be tying this into drills and coaching moments throughout the week.
Our annual Kids Holiday Party is just three weeks away on Saturday, December 6th, 2025. We’re looking forward to an awesome afternoon with the team. You can find details in our Facebook Event or check out our Kids Party blog post for a full rundown.

Our Black November Sales kick off Monday! Keep an eye out for signs around the Academy, or stop by the front desk for info on great membership and gear deals running through the end of the month.
We had a dominant night at Cage Titans—Liko Rhines won his grappling superfight, and Jay Perrin put on an awesome performance, taking home a unanimous decision victory. Huge night for the team all around!
We also had an awesome crew of kids and adults compete yesterday at NAGA Hanover, and everyone absolutely crushed it. We’re incredibly proud of the hard work, the attitude, and the way you all represented our team—and we even took home 1st place for the Adult No-Gi team award! Check out more details here!
Today, we hosted a breathwork seminar at our Canton location—always a great time with positive energy and a lot of takeaways for recovery and mindset.
Looking ahead, our Adult BJJ Promotion will be held on Sunday, December 14th at 11am in Raynham, followed by a holiday celebration. We hope you’ll join us to support your teammates, hang out, and enjoy the day. You can find the event details here.
