This week in our Vipers BJJ (ages 6–9) and Cobras BJJ (ages 10–13), we’re diving into two essential techniques:

Kimura Defense

These moves are all about keeping calm under pressure and getting back to a strong position—exactly what we want our students to learn both on and off the mats.
