Kids Program Updates
Just a reminder—there will be NO kids classes from Monday, June 30th through Sunday, July 6th as we take our quarterly summer break. This is a great time for everyone to rest, reset, and enjoy some well-earned family time. We’ll be back on the mats starting Monday, July 7th, and we can’t wait to see you all recharged and ready!
The very next day, we dive straight into Week 1 of our Kids Summer Camp! Spots are still available for all weeks, but registration for Week 1 will officially close Tuesday night. If your child’s been on the fence, this is the time—camp is packed with games, training, and plenty of fun with their favorite instructors and friends.
👉 Have questions or want to reserve a spot? Talk to the front desk or shoot us a message!

Adult Program News
Buddy Week – June 30 to July 6
It’s Adult Buddy Week at both our Raynham and Canton locations! If you’ve got a friend, sibling, spouse, or co-worker who’s always said, “I want to try that sometime,” this is the week to bring them in. Whether it’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Kickboxing, all adult members can bring a buddy to train for free all week.
“The hardest part is walking through the door. After that, we’ve got the rest.”
– Every coach at Lauzon MMA, ever.
Fourth of July Gear & Schedule
We’ve got Red, White, and Blue Lauzon shirts available now at the front desk. Perfect for backyard BBQs, beach trips, or just showing off your gym pride while repping the USA.

✅ 6:00 AM – Grappling
✅ 10:00 AM – Marathon Grappling
✅ 11:00 AM – Kickboxing with Peter Barrett
❌ All other classes cancelled (No classes in Canton)

Looking Ahead – Grappling Industries on July 12
We’re sending a group of adult competitors and coaches to Grappling Industries on Saturday, July 12th in Hanover, MA. Competing is one of the best ways to sharpen your technique, manage nerves, and grow your confidence under pressure.
Thinking about signing up? Talk to a coach this week and get some prep advice.
If you’re heading into a competition, make sure you’re training with purpose—not just going through the motions. Check out this blog post for tips on how to stay focused and intentional on the mats: Conditioned or Intentional? The Mindset that changes everything.
Come Train With Us
If you’ve been thinking about starting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, or No-Gi Grappling, this is your sign to try it. Schedule a class, come visit either location, and see why so many families and adults choose Lauzon MMA for training, self-defense, and community.
Had a great experience? We’d love it if you’d leave us a Google review to help others find the gym too!
