🥋 Kids News
This week in our Vipers BJJ (ages 6–9) and Cobras BJJ (ages 10–13) classes, we’re diving into different ways to set up the triangle choke. It’s a classic submission, and our students are going to have a blast learning how to create the right angles and timing.
In our Tiny Ninjas BJJ (ages 3–5) classes, we’re working on the Hip Heist to Guillotine and transitioning from Guillotine to Guard Pull. These are fun movements that start teaching how to blend positions together—even at a young age!
🧠 Lauzon Life Lesson:
Show Up & Take Responsibility.
Success doesn’t just happen—you have to be there for it. When you show up and own your actions, great things follow. Keep your word. Follow through. That’s how real growth happens.
☀️ Summer Camp Reminder!
Our Kids Summer Camp is open and filling fast! We’re offering both Full Day and Half Day options this year. Camp is packed with games, martial arts, and awesome memories. If your child wants to stay active, have fun, and build confidence, this is the place to be.

🧍♀️ Adult News
Big thank you to everyone who came out for Mother’s Day yesterday! It was awesome seeing so many moms training, hanging out, and being part of the Lauzon MMA crew. We love these kinds of events and appreciate everyone who made it special.
🚗 Classes are now fully running at our new Canton location! Adult and kids classes are available, and we’d love to see more of our Raynham crew stopping in to help grow this community. If you can make the drive, jump in for a class or two. Let’s keep building something great—together.
🇺🇸 Memorial Day Schedule
Looking ahead—on Memorial Day (Monday, May 26, 2025)—we’ll be running a special schedule. Join us at our Canton location for a 10:00 AM Gi & No-Gi Marathon Grappling session, followed by a cookout for all students, families, and friends.
Please note: There will be no classes in Raynham that day. We hope to see you on the mats (and at the grill) in Canton!
📅 Call to Action
If you haven’t already, come by for a visit or schedule a class with us—we’d love to see you on the mats. And if you’ve had a great experience with us, it means a lot when you leave us a Google review. Your support helps other families find the right place to train.
