Reminder: No Kids Classes During February Vacation (Feb 17-21)
Heads up, parents! There will be no kids’ classes at Lauzon MMA from February 17-21 for February Vacation. Enjoy the break, and we’ll see everyone back on the mats the following week!
If your child is looking for ways to stay active during the week off, encourage them to practice a few drills at home, stretch, or even show you some of their favorite moves!
Let us know if you have any questions, and we hope everyone has a great vacation!
