When video games meet Jiu-Jitsu

We want to keep them flat… and this is how to think about it.

CHallenge Yourself

Get out of your comfort zone. Learn to defend yourself, get in shape and make friends... all at once. What are you waiting for?

Nintendo

Old school Nintendo had Up, Down, Left, Right. Our basic motions were:

head down(up)

drop our hips (down)

lean to the left (left)

lean to the right (right)

Sega Genesis

Sega came along and it had diagonols too, so we added:

Up and Left (head down and to our left)

Up and Right (head down and to our right)

Down  and Left (drop hips and lean left)

Down and Right (drop hips and lean right),

Xbox

Now we have to deal with all 360 degrees. I don’t have enough space… but you get the idea.

Start with the your basic Up, Down, Left and Right and as you get better, you will fill in those gaps.
