I need a cohort!

We have had a lot of people asking us about coming back to the gym and getting a cohort. We are happy you are ready to come back!

Few things first though:

1) You MUST have a normal monthly membership. The nature of cohorts is to keep people together and not have anyone randomly dropping in. We wish we could do drop-ins, but it doesn’t work the way numbers have to be at this point.

2) Cohorts are on a set schedule. For the most part, they either go Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. You would have set days and a set time that you must stick to. We could make occasional changes, but we are trying to not move people around any more than we need to.

3) Right now, we are only doing Cohorts for Kids BJJ, Adult BJJ and Adult Grappling. All of the kickboxing classes are outside in the parking lot and still considered socially distanced. This was something we are going to stick out as long as we can, because once we move kickboxing back inside, members would have to choose a kickboxing cohort and could not be in say a Grappling or BJJ cohort. This will eventually change when it starts to get really cold, but is this is what we are doing for now.

If that all sounds good, you can call us at 508-219-0418 or email us at [email protected] and we will find the best cohort for you.
