The image above is used for the thumbnail when we post to Facebook. I make one thumbnail in Canva for the Vimeo thumbnail, and also post it here. Its not always needed, but sometimes when I post bigger updates with images in them, it will grab those images instead of the video for the facebook thumbnail.
