CHallenge Yourself

Get out of your comfort zone. Learn to defend yourself, get in shape and make friends... all at once. What are you waiting for?

Find Your Game

If you have long arms and legs, find the best techniques for your body type.

If you have short arms and legs, find the best techniques for your body type.

Every body type has advantages

Your initial game and what you should try to good at should be dictated by your body type.

Not every move if going to be easy or  good for your body type. You should still understand the moves though so you can defend them.

Long term

You will eventually get good at everything if you stick with it, but don’t try to fight the wind initially.

In the beginning, you focus on what comes naturally.

Eventually, you will start working on the harder to hit moves for your body type.
