Overhooks

An overhook is when your arm is over their arm. Your armpit is above their arm.

Underhooks

An underhook is when your arm is under their arm. Their armpit is above your arm.

Dig that underhook

You will often hear us say “dig that underhook”. What we mean is, with your underhook, raise your elbow and scoot your butt and hips in that direction.
